Dr. Daniel W. Rae, D.C., M.S.

History and Education:68612_4824881181703_1759331492_n (1)_1.jpg

Dr. Dan Rae became interested in chiropractic during his undergraduate years at Brigham Young University after serving a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Brazil Salvador South Mission.  His wife was expecting their second child and was suffering severe back pain.  They sought the help of a chiropractor, and Dr. Rae was intrigued by the hands-on approach and with the results.  Needless to say, her back pain was gone and the rest is history.  Dr. Rae did his undergraduate pre-medical training at BYU receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science.  He completed his formal chiropractic training at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California where he graduated receiving the Sports Council Intern of the Year Award and Distinguished Service Award.  Since that time, Dr. Rae has returned to school to complete his Masters of Science degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation at Logan University.  Dr. Rae started his private practice in Chandler, Arizona in May of 2009.

Philosophy:

Dr. Rae's professional interests lie in helping the community reach their health potential.  Through hundreds of hours of post-graduate training, Dr. Rae has studied different soft-tissue therapies, studying the muscles and how to help them function appropriately.  Unlike other doctors of chiropractic who believe that the patient must get adjusted several times per week to remain healthy, Dr. Rae believes that by balancing out the function of the 650 muscles in the body, that the 210 bones have a much better chance of staying aligned and therefore need less frequent adjustments.  Dr. Rae believes that he is succeeding when his patients don't need to come into the office regularly.

Recommendations:Dr. Dan Rae Chiropractor Chandler AZ

While visiting Palmer West over the last few years, I have come to know a young student there by the name of Dan Rae. Dan and I have had an opportunity to interact during this time and I have found him to be very bright and engaging.

Dan has asked some incredible questions related to practice, opportunities, suggestions, and has shown a keen desire to always seek knowledge and wants to be the best provider of healthcare he can. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know Dan and I look forward to welcoming him into our profession.
